At the most selective business schools, being accomplished is expected. Strong academics, impressive employers, promotions, and increasing responsibility establish credibility—but they rarely distinguish a candidate on their own.

The harder question is what an admissions committee will understand about you.

As a former M7 admissions director, I know how difficult that can be to assess for yourself. My role is to bring the perspective that is hard to have from inside your own story: what is genuinely distinctive, what may not hold up under scrutiny, what you may be overlooking, and where your assumptions need to be challenged.

From there, we build an application that connects where you’ve been, where you’re headed, and why—allowing the person behind the résumé to come through clearly and credibly.
